Privacy
Privacy notice, in plain English
This page explains exactly what happens to the information you type into the enquiry form on this site. It is short on purpose. Last updated 30 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your information
Digitouch Visibility, the digital growth service brand of Digitouch Design, based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. For anything on this page, that is the organisation handling your data. We are a small team and you deal with the person who reads your enquiry.
What the enquiry form collects
When you submit the form, we collect only what is on it:
- Your name and your business name.
- Your email address, so we can reply.
- Your country.
- Your website address, only if you choose to give it (it is optional).
- The service you are interested in, and the message you write.
- Whether you ticked the consent box, and the time you ticked it.
- The date and time of your submission, and a reference number we generate.
We also record the IP address and browser identification string that sent the form. This is used to stop automated spam and to investigate abuse, not to profile you.
We do not ask for, and do not want, any sensitive information. Please do not send payment details, passwords or identity documents through the form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare the assessment and proposal you asked for, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is the whole purpose. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box before submitting.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private file on the server that hosts this website — a plain text file that is not inside the public website folder and is not reachable from a browser. It is read only by us, through a passcode-protected internal page.
The file is hosted on infrastructure outside your country, which may include servers in the European Union or the United States. We do not transfer your information anywhere else.
What we never do
- We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, not for any price.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter.
- We do not run drip campaigns or sequences. If an enquiry goes quiet we send one follow-up, then stop.
- We do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site, and this site sets no marketing cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the last contact, so there is a record if you come back to us later. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we do it and confirm in writing.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent at any time — that simply means we stop using your details to follow up.
To make any of those requests, use the enquiry form and say clearly what you would like us to do — mention the email address you originally used so we can find your record. You can also email enquiries@digitouchvisibility.com.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not apply a new purpose to information you gave us under an older version without asking you first.
This notice describes what this website actually does. It contains no company registration number, postal address or data-protection officer, because those details do not exist for this business yet — inventing them would be worse than omitting them.
